Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

I think the next topic we should conquer is education, or lack there of. This is pretty broad but many children through out the world have no education. Some countries with a wealth of information and resource have poor education. Crazy, isn't it?

This topic is very tricky, but more simply, I am talking about ensuring every child around the world get a great education. Some of the poorest countries in the world have no education systems, and with no education system a child is left for fend for themselves in the world. Sometimes these children turn to crime, and violence. An Education is crucial to creating a functioning, and successful society.

I had personal experience going through a teaching program. I was put into an "inner city" area to teach Spanish. Things were not quite as simple as they seemed. This school district lacked sufficient funds to give students workbooks, and new textbooks ( or what it seem to me). How was I suppose to teach with barely any material? This was a school in one of the wealthiest countries in the world, and sadly, they were left with little in classroom ( aside from a new computers, but that's another story). The teacher i worked with commented on how half of the students in her cla**** were going to fail the marking period. I was just in shock. The problems go deeper than this.

Could you imagine the problems in poorer countries? I am hoping we focus on education, and develop ways of improving, and ensuring that every child gets a great education. Every child is deserving.. And while my title of this blog represents something negative to some, the idea is good. There should be "No Child Left Behind".

I will hopefully provide a more detailed and structured idea than this very broad issue.

Hi Angela, good work pointing out the deficiencies of education in wealthy developed countries. Please remember to tag your posts with "GUEM" so we can track the work of our team and also "Learn#" or "act#" "Imagine#" to add some order to the material you produce. Cheers, T

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
