Act 9, Dark Site

Here is the site I designed. I'd like to do more with it. I've actually created networking sites for volunteers after disasters, such as Hurricane Camp for alumni of Hands On Disaster Response in Mississippi after Katrina, and helped Burners Without Borders, Grass Roots Disaster Response, and the East Biloxi Coordination and Relief Center.

I think I could do more with the above site, and may work on it some more. The existing Emergency site for the county, http://www.rvcfire.org/opencms/functions/oes/ , has some good info, but not as much as it could.
