A crash course in changing the world.
I located the site for the North American 'Water for People', and joined. I sent out ecards to family and friends reminding them of my father's work as a civil engineer as he monitored waste water treatment plants in Northern California's rural communities and my role as a child as I accompanied him on some of these visits. It had a great impact upon me at the time so when the science fair projects were due, my own was a drawing of the complete water cycle with a detailed explanation. It was graded A+, which gave me great honor. I continue my commitment to helping humanity, including assurance of safe drinking water for all peoples.
I also signed up for eletters from this organization so that when there are actions that need to be taken, I will be aware and able to choose to act.
