While it would be interesting to investigate resilience plans for another city, it will be more valuable for me to look at the small island where I live. I will use this mission to find out more about what planning has been done, what people are involved and any existing plans. Then I'll know what needs to be communicated to spread awareness about (educate), and by which means.
The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
