I need to form a strong task force to educate the population about their rights. The bigger challenge though is to train the police to respect human beings.

E B, I have a question about the picture...since not much is said about it, and I wonder what is happening in the picture, is it a military coup?

@Cornelia Harper Tang: This is was the police and military trying to disperse a demonstration in Kampala, Uganda (March 2010). The man in civilian clothes and holding a machine gun is a security operative.

In my mission I therefore need to reach out to the civilians as well the police and military.
