Celebrating in 2020
Objective: Create a story about how you are celebrating a special day in the year 2020, and how this event is powered.
By 2020 I am no longer pressed to celebrate the commercial holidays that have bogged me down so for years. This celebration is one of life. It is night, under a full moon, on the beach of Lake Superior. This is the only beach I have ever been to who's shores are losing population rather than gaining. It is beautiful, quiet and power reverberates from the lake. We have an open fire and for much of the celebration we stay in a ring by this fire. There would surely be singing and drumming, and perhaps discussion appropriate to the group. Then as the group breaks up to eat, drink and visit, paths would be walked lined by diffused solar lights, along the beach and back into the vegetation and trees. There are no gifts, except what can be consumed. And those are mostly obtained from local and organic sources. Someone surely will be fighting with a handcranked blender, making margeritas. Mini-skirts, jeans and silly hats are all made welcome and comfortable.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
