Interesting. Some philosophical points to consider.

Are you looking for equality of result, or opportunity? What is the fundamental unit of value in resources? (Different economic schools have different opinions here).

Should social innovation be community based or individual based? What are the differences in action? What are the individual expectations of community organization?

What is the nature of leadership in innovation? What are the dangers of leadership in innovation?

Finally, your ideas are slightly evocative of Octavia Butler's Parable of the Sower. Have you read it? If you haven't, I'd love to hear your reaction when viewing it in the light of evoke.

So, What are you hoping to achieve through being a social innovator yourself? =) I am hoping to help give others the opportunity to be self-determined and empower them using networking technologies.

Hi Brian ,
Thanks for comments
I am looking at reaching social equality where under privilages get all social benefits as that of people at higher class of society.
Social values are integral part of any community culture so objectives has to be achieved keeping the values as a support to the system rather than other way round. Resources comprise of human resources and infrastructure and I think both are fundamental in bringing equity.
Community development is the window of the social innovation where as the innovation can be individual driven.
Motivation as s leadership skill is the essence of social innovation drive.
I havent read Octavia but definately I am gonna read it

Hi Emma.

I have similar beliefs, I believe in empowering people, it does wonders and you can see the tangible results. As a social innovator I become the medium for spreading information, bridging people and initiator of new schemes that support and develop the marginalised segments of society.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
