Rome has a fully working Civil Protection office, with a permanent Operative Center and a crisis room connected to all offices involved in case of action.
Thheir website hosts the Civil Protection plan, with raw data and scenarios, acting models and schemes to inform population. They also host files to sum up the main risks for the city: chemical-industrial, sanitary, transportation accidents, seismic, volcanic, wood fires, hydrogeological. For each one there is a short explaination of the current situation.
Some bullettins (meteorological, main news concerning risks) are hosted in the main page; this page becomes so a meeting point for every person who is looking for updated informations.

One of the material we gave to the children was printed by the Civil Protection office mentioned above.
