A crash course in changing the world.
I like cooking very much, for me it is a kind of compensation for the daily life full of stress. In my opinion this mentioned daily stress is creeping more and more into our private life. No time to recreate, no time to cook a good soup with fresh vegetables from the garden. Garden? I hope that the word “garden” is still known in 100 years!
Most of us are eating even in these years so much frozen and ready cooked food; it will be terrifying how many people will do this in the next 100.
Let us consider the in my opinion most important approaches of fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and the process of cooking.
1: I think the most important thing of cooking is the process itself. Occupying with your food, touching the ingredients you handle for some time. Then cooking, flavoring, tasting and being creative with combinations! For me this is one of the most relaxing tasks.
2: The health aspect of fresh food. In frozen foods there are many unnatural flavor enhancers which are not good for the human organism. We forget how natural food really tastes and become very overwrought.
