"Think like a child - children have no limit to their thinking"
Children do not think so much that they become self critical. This is something they learn as they become adults.
The paradox of this is that an adult must limit their thinking to have no limits in their thinking. This means that creativity is stifled when a person becomes critical. An adult might have to purposefully shut off that voice in their head and let things just be in order to be creative. In fact, Creativity has almost nothing to do with the brain.
If you watch kids being creative - or anyone being creative, you will notice them using their hands. Creativity is actually in the hands, not the eyes or the ears, so the brain really does not have anything much to do with it.
If you ask a person to point at themselves, they will use their hand and point towards their heart. Notice they do not point towards their brains. The hands represent creativity and the heart represents the desire to be creative. Creativity results mostly from a spontaneous interaction of the heart and the hands, with little interference from our brains.
I think this secret could help me change the world because I could use arts and crafts tools to create my solutions. I will refrain from being self critical in order to achieve a trust in my intuition.
"think and act big – don’t do anything that can’t reach a million people"
This one is tough; its a new way to think entirely. Surely to solve problems on a grand scale one must learn to think on a grand scale.
