In 2020, I am eating a dinner made by I and two lifelong friends at my house in Berlin. Instead of food getting much worse, it has become much better. An organic gluten-free revolution arose throughout Europe five years ago and has made rapid progress. Meat and vegetable quality is amazing and completely natural: grains have lost their popularity, for many realize the benefit and healthy feel of being gluten and grain-free. The only country that is holding back is Italy who can't part from their beloved pasta. We are eating organic grass-fed bison burgers, with buttered sweet potatoes seasoned with French sea salt and pepper, green beans cooked with olive oil and garlic and a mixed greens salad. It tastes absolutely wonderful. Aside from the meat, all the ingredients are bought from a new invention, the farm market. The farm market is an organic farm with areas growing different produce. At each section a vendor sells recently produce from that area of the farm. There are similar ones to this for meat, but here you don't see them slaughtered. Animal abuse has been taken down to nothing. Cows and sheep are treated with the best of care until they need to be harvested. The animals are given a natural herbal sedative, and then they are carefully slaughtered: a huge improvement from slaughterhouses in 2010.
