It's 2020. I'm having dinner in one of our new restaurants with my family.
It is a vegetarian buffet, low price food brings in all sorts of people who wouldn't otherwise be drawn into a "Vegetarian Restaurant." All of our food is either locally sources, or grown in out aeroponic garden in the back. Everything is pure and chemical free. We are also a haven for vegans and raw foodists, as plenty of our food is dairy free and raw. We are most proud of coming up with some healthy, simple choices for children and adults who are very picky and vegetable-adverse.
Along with the food served at the buffet, we sell seeds and starter kits (with info booklets) for people to grow some of their own food at home. We also sell low price fresh (and preservative free) meals to go, for those who want to eat healthier at home but can't find he time.
Once a month we have eat-free days if you come to a workshop, where we do things like teach people how to grow food at home, or have other topics of a sustainable-living nature.
