IMAGINE1
10 years from now, I hope to be driving a car powered by a miniaturized engine. Just like how computers are always doubling it's computing powers every 5 years through miniaturization. I believe the internal combustion engine should and will be miniaturized as well. Forget about all this electric non-sense, the electricity that charges the batteries have to come from somewhere... coal plants? nuclear? hydro? they all produce waste too.
My idea is to have a car engine that is 1/10 the size of the current standard 3.5 liter V6. So it takes 1/10 the fuel, produces 1/10 the amount of waste gas by-products, produces 100 horse power... is that possible? if so, I would be driving it in 2020.
