Empowering Women Through sports
After investigating a new story about how the organization UNICEF is helping women in Afghanistan right now in a way of getting them involved in sports and physical education. Doing this can help women boost their self-confidence as well as their well being. I think that I can uncover more about this article like seeing how this has and impact of these women's country and what skills will they develop throughout their future years. I think that I will be able to reach out to many other people on this topic and that they can spread it out to even more people on a way that we can help empower women in a way like UNICEF is doing in Afghanistan, this way we can all help make a difference.

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
