Hannah Peratopoullos (

http://www.arlingtoninstitute.org/wbp/portal/home) at
http://www.urgentevoke.com/profiles/blogs/worlds-biggest-problems.
It looks at Economic Collapse, Peak Oil, Global Water Crisis, Species Extinction and Rapid Climate Change. I find this an interesting topic to do my Next Step about. But I'm not making a blog post about other issues that could be mentioned like the nuclear threat or danger from outer space (things like meteorites, not UFOs). No, this blog post is about another website that could be used in combination with the one mentioned above.
At
http://graphs.gapminder.org/world/ you can see data from around the world about these issues (and more) and look how things have changed over time (and how it's different in every country). There is a lot to be found about the great tool Gapminder (you can find it all at gapminder.org) and you can even make such graphs yourself (
www.gapminder.org/faq_frequently_asked_questions/#can i). Have a look at the website and maybe we can find out together when these issues will become catastrophical, so we can focus on the most important counter-initiatives before it is too late. Please let me know how much time you think we have left.
