Flooding info in Bonn needs a translation

I found this link about flooding in Bonn:

http://www.bonn.de/umwelt_gesundheit_planen_bauen_wohnen/hochwasser...

Comparing it with the German page, I realized that some information were only available in German.
What's more, there is a very good and useful brochure in PDF on the German page (how to act in a case of emergency, whom to contact etc.). It seems that the English version must be ordered from the urban government.
With Bonn being an international city (or at least claiming to be) and UN location, I thought that to be unsufficient.

So, I wrote a mail to the address given on the page asking them to do something about it. :)

I wish I could give a better news, but I didn't get an answer yet.

Maybe some of you can help me by also sending a mail? :)

Thanks for raising this really important challenge for international cities, Oliver! By restricting these plans to a single language it certainly does lower the overall resilience of such a location!
