A crash course in changing the world.
Since I have grown up and habitually raised with home-cooked meals everyday using fresh material, I will surely do the same in 2020. Microwaveable and canned foods are a big no. I will buy the foods from good brands, and only in large stores that get many good reviews or have a lot of customers. Also, I will check my purchases for labels that represent good nutrition and food safety, such as approvals from the FDA and whatnot. My parents sometimes go to oriental markets, where they have things that most American grocerie stores do not have, and have things that could be more safe. I will try those out too. As for a specific meal, I won't be sure of the exact dish, but I will know it will be well balanced as I taught to eat, with vegetables, grain, and meat in one. I will try to ease up on the drinks, because during meals I tend to drink a lot more than I should.
