A crash course in changing the world.
When Frank Brooks died March 19 at the age of 88, Tucsonans lost a good friend. He served intermittently as Tucson's water director from 1967 to 1988.
His efforts assured a long-term water supply for those of us living here in the Sonoran Desert. He was one of the most astute leaders in Tucson's water history. I would like to work with this water visionary.
