A crash course in changing the world.
The concept of credit has always been a great idea. People who aren't able to buy big ticket items are loaned money in order to get such an item with the anticipation that they will pay the full amount over time. While this concept is great it has taken to a mind of its own. The reliance on credit scores has become the SAT score for adults. Essentially this score follows you everywhere. Wanna buy a car? Sure you can buy a car but your credit isn't great so here is a killer interest rate which is borderline ridiculous. The best option would be to rid the reliance on credit scores. By limiting the interest rate a credit company can charge as well as restricting the amount of credit companies allowed to operate would decrease the reliance of credit scores. Additionally, if credit was based more on income instead of simply approving everyone for a credit card credit scores wouldn't be so important.
