Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

Let me start by thanking Amanda Jeffrey for this great idea. I have linked to her post at the bottom for those who also wish to play!

By far my favorite EVOKE Power is Collaboration.

I will explain with a simple Q & A.

Who is more effective, one person with a lot of creativity or another with a strong sense of entrepreneurship?

The answer is two people that combine creativity and entrepreneurship.

It may seem like a cop-out but I feel that Collaboration is almost like picking all of the others at the same time. That said, it means that Collaboration is a better secondary power to have in conjunction with a stronger power you can bring to the table via Collaboration. However the level of need for Collaboration across the board for everyone makes it worth my top vote, so much infact I added it to my avatar!

I think there are some people who excel at collaboration, without actually having other strengths - you might call them 'enablers'. People who get others talking, know the right people to contact, and how to deal with those fragile objects, the human ego!

I love that you added your favorite power icon into your avatar image - that's a great idea! I wonder if there's anything that the Evoke network can do to perhaps show your strongest power as a tiny icon next to our Evoke names/images?

The collaboration means so much. It is so easy in theory but can be so hard in reality. To collaborate, you really need to understand each other i have learned. I think we as a people could be more inviting and less restricting. If we can get better at inviting each other to share work and benefits. Not only look at our personal goals.

Amanda your idea did not fall on deaf ears! The icon is not an exact likeness but close enough for people to get an idea that I value collaboration as my favorite.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
