Without a measure of courage social innovation is impossible, even given the other 'powers'.
How else do we challenge the status-quo, face opposing, even abhorrent ideas without flinching, and overcome financial and personal risk while trying to create or involve ourselves in the organizations that affect social change.
Just putting our ideas out to face criticism or sending an e-mail to encourage someone else's ideas takes something. I've had a hard enough time trying to comment on people's blog posts.
My example is still fresh in my mind from the 'Act1' mission:
I won't repeat myself from my Act1 post, but they've exemplified all the things I've just mentioned, and, early on, worked 16 hour days without pay to create EnergizeCC.
The problems we're looking at here can seem overwhelming. You can have all the knowledge, creativity, ideas, and business sense you want; if you can't be resolute through doubt and even the occasional defeat, those things won't do much good.
