Global Harmonized Dollar for Ecological Aid and Localized Economies

Hong Kong, April 6, 2020

Visiting Government leaders attending the ‘Global Conference for Ecological Economy’ have used the opportunity to reveal a plan long in the works for instituting a new Global Currency that is intended to aid in remediating some serious ecological problems as well as provide the infrastructure for a new global economy based upon autonomous, decentralized, self-sufficient local economies.

The project first started back in 2010 with discussion between Banking Institutions, Governments, and International Financiers to harmonize the US Dollar with the Hong Kong Dollar. The intent here was to back-up a fraction of US Dollars with gold reserves held by International Financiers and the commodity holdings of China. In this way, the 90% of Dollars held by non-Americans would be protected from a complete crash, much of the ‘funny money’ that had recently been created by the Federal Reserve in derivatives would be eliminated, and there would still be enough solid value to the Dollar to get the American economy functioning once again.

This program for the ‘East-West Harmonized Dollar’ began adapting itself to the changes taking place internationally during the ‘Global Economic Evolvements’ which happened from 2011 to 2013. There began a plan of action to use the Harmonized Dollar for supporting the community banking initiatives happening throughout the world and ending the millennia long culture of concentrating wealth in the hands of a few. More trading blocs also began to join the initiative, such as the EU and ALBA. At that time, the idea was to sell off the vast reserves of Banks, Governments, and Lineage Families to the growing network of community banks worldwide, in exchange for investing in local projects of ecological remediation and social progress.

“As those with responsibility of the reserves that were to be serving as treasury for a new global currency, it came to us to decide that the energies of pride which had kept the world’s wealth caught within the dramas of elitism and power-politics would not create the world as it would have to be for future generations of the People to continue living lives upon the Earth. While part of this process was simply awaiting the passing of the older generation who resisted the change, the International Elite and Family Lineages of the Financial World have done a lot of work to release themselves from centuries of power and control, and in this global redistribution of wealth at the grassroots level, finally surrendering to the energies of compassion and beauty that really are our only hope.”

Rockefeller Heiress, at the World Congress for Economic Decentralization, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, 2018

The project later began its oceanic ecological focus when members of the ‘Global Initiative for Oceanic Plastic Remediation’ approached International Financiers for assistance, and at that time it was discovered the valuable potential for collaboration. Since 2018, the GIOPR has been directing an international effort in the Pacific Ocean to remove the ‘Great Pacific Garbage Patch’ through the use of pyrolysis. In this low-oxygen burning of plastics, the low amount of gases produced are used to fuel the floating-facilities running the pyrolysis factories, and the by product is a ‘charcoal of plastic’. When the ‘Council for a Global Harmonized Dollar’ found out about this charcoal substance and the pyrolysis solution, an amazing synchronicity turned them on to an idea.

“On the morning of January 18, 2018, during a conference call with members of the Council for a Global Harmonized Dollar, the issue at hand was what medium to use for this global currency. With all of the various issues and reasons negating this or that idea, we really felt like we were at a dead end. In the afternoon of that same day, I had my first meeting with members of GIOPR about receiving some funding for their project. When I heard that they were looking for a use for their ‘charcoal of plastic’, and about the amazing work they were doing to clean up the oceans, I knew we had a perfect solution for producing

our new Harmonized Dollars.”

John Donahue, Chairman of the US Treasury Reserve (formerly the Federal Reserve)

The plan unveiled today at the GCEE is presented as follows. The new ‘Global Harmonized Dollar’ is a merger of the currencies of the following nations and trading blocs: the North American Union, ALBA, the EU, the Russian Federation, India, the OAS, and ASEAN, with additional value in gold reserves being added by various International Financiers and Families. The ‘charcoal of plastic’ currency units will be marked on only one side and sold by the Global Harmonized Dollar Treasury to local credit unions, community banks, and micro-loan services around the world. These local economic institutions will be purchasing the currency units with their own commitment of services and resources to address local ecological and social problems. The Global Harmonized Dollar Treasury will then match every purchase of currency with an investment of their own in to grassroots ecological and social issues until their own reserves have been exhausted and redistributed after which point, there will be no more need for the central institution.

“There is really nothing more valuable at this point in history than the ecological remediation of our Planet
and the social progress of the People. Therefore, we have created a new global currency, the Global Harmonized Dollar, and it has exactly that as the value standing behind the currency. When we hold in our hands a piece of the remediated mess of pollution and destruction we once brought to this Earth, it is clear that we have hope, that we can move forwards in creating a New Earth of sustainable, peaceful economics.”

Juanita Sanchez, Vice-President of the Council for a Global Harmonized Dollar

The Global Harmonized Dollar will be able to serve as a recognized currency for international economic interactions, something that has been a major challenge for community banking movements worldwide, with all of their varying currency units and diversity of reserves. Local institutions will be able to set their own value on the currency and mark it with their own local insignia on the unmarked side, thus insuring the investment of wealth at the local level. Use of the Harmonized Dollar in the local community will still largely depend upon the local reserves and resources, however if ever needed for international transactions, these communities are able to exchange their units with other regional community banks based upon the original value of investment in to ecological and social aid.

“We thought it was too big a leap of faith, but the world was ready for it.
We can see that really, the value we have placed for millennia on things
like gold, livestock, or grain, is really small in comparison to the absolutely
necessary works of social and ecological progress. In the end, it is from the Earth and the
People that wealth will always be obtained, so saving the Earth and the People
is the best ‘reserve holdings’ we could ever have.”

Monika Hu, President of the Global Harmonized Dollar Treasury

At the end of the presentation, the audience was presented with the Global Harmonized Dollar insignia that will appear on each ‘charcoal of plastic’ currency unit, before being sold to local banking institutions worldwide. It is a merger of classical symbols for the Earth from the East and the West, along with recognizable pictures of the heart and hands to speak of the unity of all People worldwide.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
