Hero Who Fights Poverty with Mobile Phones

I decided to choose Professor Iqbal Z. Quadir as my hero in this game. I was struck by his innovative strategies for using cell phones to help overcome poverty, first in his native Bangledesh, then in Africa. See his TED Talk. At the time, he was working in NYC for Citibank. I occasionally wondered if he was still in NY because I wanted him to visit my ITGS (Information Technology in a Global Society) class.

He does not appear to be a member of Facebook or Twitter, but I have located his bio on Wikipedia, which led me to his page on the MIT site. He is not a banker any more.

It's getting very late for this teacher to be up playing a game. But I am hooked on how this works. I'll be back to finish my missions.
