A crash course in changing the world.
People react in panic-enducing situations differently. If it is an outbreak of a disease, it all depends on the severity of the outbreak. Every time people learn of a risk, they temporarily overreact. They evaluate the environment and how at risk they are. They "knee-jerk" reaction protects people from potential crisis. The main problem, which surprises me, is denial, not panic. Because humans are programmed to create a circuit breaker when panic occurs, denial is a useful mask. People who panic do themselves harm, but people in denial don't accomplish anything. The five principles against denial are legitimize fear, things to do, things to decide, love, and hate. These precautions help people from creating problems in the future.
