MY PERSONAL DIARY - MARCH 7TH 2020 -NEWYORK

HOME AND FAMILY

I started my day today at early in the morning with morning walk at 5.30AM. After morning walk i took time to have bath and prepare for office and now when I am ready after breakfast where my children are waiting for me to drop them at school in a same way. I just checked my diary and reviewed the To do list of activities I wrote down last night. I remember everything I have to do now. Having said good bye to my wife and leaving my dream home, I dropped my children at school with promise to attend tomorrow in their school function on END POVERTY through KIDS where children have been asked to develop themes, stories, drawings, paintings and share ideas for the DEVELOPMENT as Chief Guest in School Function already confirmed by School Principal as per my profile. Personally I encourage my children and the people who are close tome to just start from small, big steps would automatically take care of themselves. Anyhow I reached at my Office well in time after dropping my kids.

DEVELOPMENT BANK (HEAD QUARTER)

As an anchor and head on regional development programmes, Today I have video conference with different regional heads on the Food Security programme we are doing in different courtiers and Specially I have to see how the impact evaluation results are there concerning our biggest programme initiatives in Tokyo started ten years back/2010 in the back drop of Tokyo Food Crisis. Our strategic alliance included different programmes ranging from Agriculture support, advancing and mechanization of farming to different social safety nets i.e nutritional programs for women specially lactating mothers and children linked with universal primary education, Conditional Cash transfer programme monitoring health visits by the vulnerable and poor children and mothers, and Food for All initiative which was providing subsidized food to the poor segment of the society.

Meeting went very well specially going through the impact a****sment of our programmes in Tokyo. One of the good sign is that Local Government of Japan has owned the initiatives and has carried out all activities even without our/donor support since few years. Second positive thing about the evaluation report is that now children and vulnerable segment specially women and elderly population is getting required food intake. At the end of the meeting, due credit was given to all the people who were involved in this success from Programme Managers to the different stakeholders including Alchemy who through EVOKE some ten years back introduced the problem and encouraged us to think multiple solutions and in credit last but not the least all the people at EVOKE who regarded all the contributions in solving Tokyo Food Crisis.

After the meeting, I went to share the decisions and important points discussed in the meeting with different stakeholders. Today (March 7th 2010) is also the deadline of sending my research proposal/abstract for conference on International Development going to be held at Sweden in June 2020. I have already finalized the abstract on Strengthening Social Protection Systems in Asia, A case of Pakistan and India. While sending my proposal through email found an email in my inbox from FRENCH INTERNATIONAL University to present my research on Conditional Cash Transfers pilot evaluations of some the counties in South Asia. I confirmed to be there in next month.

BACK TO HOME

After a long and good day (worked on the to do items), I came back to my home and gave time to my family specially children to work out our next vacation. It is my habit daily to read at least one hour at night about new developments, innovation in Social Sector and I am mentor on Youth Social Innovative Schemes so I post on blogs, analyze different contributions and suggest/help them to improve.Having done this I wrote some things to be accomplished tomorrow. It is almost 2350 hours. GOOD NITHT..

CURRENTLY

Currently,I am in Pakistan and working with Government on Social Protection projects.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
