Yes Social Banking is the banking solutions for social programmes directly or indirectly helping in development side. Finally world has found a very good and innovative solution for the social cash transfer/safety net benefits to the poor. It has been a challenge because sending money to the poor under any social cash transfer programme has never been easy, there were issues of transparency, efficiency and accountability but now we have social, local and sustainable solution.

It is GLOBAL GIVING SOCIAL BANKING, WORKING AROUND THE WORLD, IT SERVES ALL THE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS/STAKEHOLDERS AND IT SOLVES THE PROBLEM OF RECEIVING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CASH
Every year people have plans to contribute and give for the poor people and same is with Government and other development partners. Now through the Global Giving we have prepared a local list of people and organizations all over the world who money and can contribute for the social development for the poor people. Now through Global Giving we have a memorandum of understanding with different governments, Government now pay money to the Global Giving and the lists of targeted beneficiaries to be paid. Through the updated data base of Global Giving Volunteers and Generous people the cash is handed over to the people at their door steps. Global Giving has become now social banking and playing very important role in generating funds for the new projects and facilitating the ongoing projects to go on.

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat.
