A crash course in changing the world.

Its Tuesday March 10, 2020.
The time is 17:00hrs, got off work early today, got to pick the kids from school. The meal is Vegetable Soup, marinated fish, and a jar of big freshly squeezed orange sits on the table. My kids have some rice to go with theirs.
The fish comes from the Delta Fish Farm, we have 4 in Nigeria, we got the idea from Dan Barber,( http://blog.ted.com/2010/03/how_i_fell_in_l.php ) a chef.
My wife cut the vegetables from her garden, there’s an incentive in our local community each parent has committed to feeding the family with something they’ve grown once a month.
There’s a plan to initiate “The adopt a farm model” for the city dweller; city centers adopt a farming community and provide cash directly to a farm or group of farmers in exchange for having quality food items delivered to their city, the program, includes improving infrastructure, power, health care, security, education etc. it’ll hopefully be Win-WIN; the farmers are able to provide a good living for their families and the customer gets good food.
The Oranges we bought.
The meal is fantastic, the family is sitting together laughing at the joke my daughter is telling.
It gets darker, the bulbs burn brighter, oh did I forget to mention, the bulbs we use glow in intensity matching a predefined luminous setting, hence they only glow brightly when it’s really dark. They use 15% less power.
Its 21:15 now the kids have gone to their rooms, my wife and I continue to talk.

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
