Ten years from now I have saved the world but no one knows it yet. Only history, fifty years on, will recognize this as the turning point.
I have completed my plan, designed the solution, sold the idea, and built a new system of tools.
The early adopters can no longer live with out it. The technology is starting to be accepted by the mainstream, not wanting to be left behind. Some of the initial participants are now engaged in the 2nd and 3rd tier of the design functionality. The demand is high although virtually no marketing dollars are being spent. Society is being influenced by the use of the tools yet the press is positive. Conspiracy theorists are trying to find fault but are yet to mount a coherent argument.
I'm personally working hard to ensure the use of the new systems are being integrated seamlessly. I have a competent team working with me. I'm no longer alone in my quest.
The call goes out from Alchemy. Tokyo needs help. Like Deming and Duran before me, I heed the call. The Japanese leaders finally understand what Deming tried to teach them seventy years before but didn't implement. The nature of motivation, the power of giving, the unlocking of wisdom. They adopt the new tools in key organizations, they push what they already know alongside the use of the new systems. Barriers drop, waste is eliminated, food production doubles, the population is saved.
The key organizations infect their supply chain, the crisis is averted, the tools are propagated, the system self-perpetuates.
I fade away. I am no longer needed, just as it should be.
