As a direct result of our work together, Coach Mike, I expect to be enjoying a more respected professional status as well as a better relationship with my adult children.

As I begin my week on Monday, I am checking in with my personal assistant who has been charged with keeping my appointment schedule, making flight and hotel arrangements, and answering my business related phone calls.
I am preparing to fly to a country in Africa, Asian, Indonesia, India, Russia, and any other country. The purpose of my travel is three fold;
- To assure that there is good communication via Grid-TV into the rural regions of their countries, addressing health related matters.
- To implement the delivery of the nutritional education program that I have developed, FP&BD™ along with meeting the with health professionals to teach in an apprenticeship manner, acupuncture and TCM.
- To collaborate with their government food supply chain oversight organization as a Stakeholder for Codex Alimentarius, ascertaining the current food availability, quality, consumption, as well as future expected trends.
When I am not in travel, I am teaching in the USA at an accredited college, and in their clinic, where students learn to:
1. A****s & diagnose patient’s disease
2. Design a patient’s regime of care &nourishment
3. Make a prognosis for change
4. Council patients to make healthier food selection
5. Teach proper storing and preparing of health enhancing foods
6. Monitor patient progress using measurable factors
We are providing care that is being used for research purposes, doc**enting the changes for global health care statistics in association with the World Health Organization (WHO), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), USDA Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), and Codex Alimentarius.
My students produce a publication online for which I am the editor/writer that is used throughout the accredited acupuncture school system in the USA.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat.
