A crash course in changing the world.
In 2020 I imagine myself living with my family on our ranch. We have homegrown fruits and vegetables. On the other side we have our own cows and hens. It’s March 10, 2020 my husband and I prepare the children a delicious Chinese dinner. All above vegetables and fruits we could get from our garden. I planned a vegetarian dinner: Beijing soup as the starter and Chinese dumplings, filled with egg, tofu and garlic chives, as main course. It tastes so good and reminds me of my homeland.
In order to produce enough fruits and vegetables for my family over the wh*** year, we are using the new planting technology, specific designed for garden. It’s the so called multi-floor system. With this system we can plant enough foods for the wh*** year using a minimum of space. In winter it can be used as a food storeroom which keeps the vegetables fresh.
