A crash course in changing the world.

I wake up early today as I have for every Christmas since I was five. The year is 2020 and I reach for my cell phone thats outer shell is made of the new recharging material so I never have to waste any electricity charging my phone or worrying about it dying on me. I check the time and its 5:04 A.M. I decide there is no point in trying to get back to sleep so I wake up and decide to hit the cycling machine, as I get my work out I am peddling and generating the electricity need to cook my breakfast when I am done. After I shower off and eat some quick eggs I scramble using the power I generated earlier.
I head outside and hop in my car which is also constructed out of the recharging shell so that it never requires gas or a charging of its batteries. I start driving down the road headed to my friends house where I will be spending the day, as I drive over the road the piezoelectric materials placed under the road produce electric power in response to applied mechanical stress of my car passing over them.
As I step from my car at my friends I head inside and see the Christmas tree they have set up covered in lights that power themselves by the vibrations of us walking around them, they are exceptionally bright as the room is full of people and a smile comes to my lips at the thought of all the extra electricity being produced by the large gathering that is collected by the sensor on the floor and ceiling to respond to our movement.

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
