In 2020 I hope that even in Germany some things had changed. There are already discussions about the women rate in the board level of German companies. So I hope that in 2020 it will be up to 50%. Furthermore women still get less salary than men, so I hope that the effort of women will graded as high as the mens' work.In general I hope that the typical picture of a woman as a housewife will change and it will become normaility that women follow different tasks. The human rights of women should be respected and implemented. In 2020 every woman should be allowed to go to elections and to make their own decisions.Through better access to education and changes in laws women should get access to all kinds of science and innovative technologies and this should help to give them new self-confidence in their abilities and talents.I wish that a lot of women became known in future because of their revolutioning ideas and world changing actions.
