Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

I feel it is important to completely understand a task/need before trying to fill that need. Many times action is put into motion without complete information. This can lead to wasted time and resources. It is necessary to "step out of our shoes" and really consider the situation of others in need before making hurried decisions in a frantic attempt to correct a problem. It is more effective to a****s the situation, contact anyone who may be able to provide insight, and finally formulate a concrete plan before taking action. Many times a plan will change during the course of a project and this is to be expected. It is impossible to foresee all obsticles that may arise but a solid plan of action is an excellent start. Evaluate, Understand, Collaborate, Plan.

Great thoughts on the learning cycle of innovation -- evaluate, understand, collaborate, plan. Sounds like the EVOKE spirit rising!
