I found the most helpful tip to be "Listen to the Right People." It's very easy to come into a place, break it into understandable chunks and then try to fix things. It's harder to come into a place and understand it as the people there know it, and then try to fix things. If you engage in authentic communication with another being, everything will fall into place. A lot of the other innovations are directly tied into this one skill as well - learning how people actually live their life will allow people to better enhance it. Like it said, if people stir their soup, they're not going to use an oven. Enhance the natural, make it easy to integrate into their current situation, and people will be more likely to take part in the adventure.
