I think the idea "Provide skills, not just finished technologies" is the most important on this list. Without this core concept, other ideas like: "think and act big - don't do anything that can't reach a million people" become nothing more than a terrible call to failure, or to muscle others out of the way so that our ideas "win". Co-creation is difficult, yet will yield the most successful shared future.
Each of us has skills to contribute, and each of us has a role to play. For you or me, this may mean creating a new brilliant project, helping another in their efforts, training end-users, or even creating the spark of an idea in just one person that eventually leads to innovation that helps the lives of millions.
We should all aim daily to create innovation, both large and small, that will allow others to innovate and grow. In this way we can together reach billions, rather than alone trying to reach a million.
