My chosen Story is from Uganda. The story is about the conservation of protected areas like national parks or game reserves. The target is to conservation of the biological diversity. Also the saving of the some endangered kinds of animals and the sustainability of the area. The agriculturalists and the hunters around use the that areas for production and on that way the areas are menace. Two case studies proved that the situation will get more and more worse. The community could make all this areas to a nationalpark by a financing. As a result, the community make some reforms to change the situation to a better situation. The regional community try to strengthening the area by the reforms. They will do it for three reasons:
- strengthening the resourceplanning
- advancement of the benefit
- the increase of the earnings

There was start up an institution. The institution get all profits and share it in all areas in the same height for all. On that way all areas will be strengthening. Active involvement of communities that live in and around protected areas can play a vital role in the overall management of the protected areas. that works well if there is a degree of transparency in the management. Communities controlling each other. In the result that every community is motivated to have a good sustainability in their areas. This will work better than having a police to control that.
