Wiliam Kamkwamba and the Carbon War room.
The former is rather well know, he took a simple rather obvious resource and he harnessed it. He created a wind mill; crude and probably inefficient but it powered a light bulb, it provided light, warmth and hope. He took something and solved a problem.
The second is addresses a challenge many social innovators face, you see a problem you want to resolve but it looks massive and beyond you, so you find someone who can either resolve it, or make more noise about the problem that the people that matter will listen.

The founders got opinion leaders to see the problem, the opportunities and the challenges.
The lesson I take away;
if you’re gonna shoot, shoot don’t talk.
And if you must talk, get the right speaker.
Or in English, talking about the problem is easy, but doing goes a long way, and sometimes we may not be the only key to the puzzle, our strength may lie in collaboration.
Thank You.
