To me, the most inspiring organization to spread the wealth of water is the Carry 5 group.
These good samaritans raise funds and awareness to end the world water crisis. Individual and team participants collect donations and pledges, and on walk day, fill their containers with water and try to carry it for 5 kilometers, the average walk made by women and children in poor countries who lack access to safe, convenient water supplies.

I'm glad you shared information about this group, Carry 5. I found their website here – very evocative and engaging way to connect us with the reality of this basic problem.
