LEARN4: Who has the most creative idea for solving the water crisis? Blog Post

Now, My task is getting an active water project to write about. After I searched at google, I pick Water to Thrive project. D*** Moeller is the founder of this project. This project was started in 2007 to help adress global water crisis. They decided to raise $5000 dolars to make a clean water well in Ethiopia. The first Fundraising that he established managed to get a church to fund 12 wells. Then he gets motivated by the desire that to get clean water to the ones who need it the most.

Water to Thrive is a non profit organisation that has the head quarter at Austin, Texas. This organisation has one goal that is spreading awareness of this issue while gaining funds to build more water wells at rural areas of Africa.

They work together with individuals, schools, churches, and office workers that share their passion of bringing clean water to the community. In Africa, they already partnered with Africa's local NGO's to implement their water work. By working with local partners, they get to understand better of the water need.

Now, This foundation funded 230 water projects in Ethiopia and Sierra Leone. In 2012, they are trying to spread their fundraising efforts across US while beginning the process of spreading it to Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.

Where I will be in ten years.

Ten years from now I will be in a political job assisting with people in the midlands of South Carolina particularly the rural working class and farmers. As the class of people that feed the nation I find that it is imperative that we assist with making sure they produce as much food as possible. I would like to support local scientists as well that are leading in research on how to produce food more efficiently. I will also be participating in missions to foreign countries to help people with…See More
