LEARN7-How to deal with a Crisis

I believe that a major crisis that could occur in my community is flooding due to a hurricane. The area that I live in is very near water and is low lying. We already have minor flooding issues but I believe they will get worse. I think that we should have pumps and other ways to drain the water ready so that we will be prepared if this happens. I also think that my neighborhood should have a easy way to communicate to each other. It will help spread urgent information around and keep everyone informed. As I always say organization is key during a crisis.
