A crash course in changing the world.
Martial Arts Dynamo Gym
as a martial artist, i tend to practice most days. while this activity provides benefits both physical and spiritual, the energy spent could be stored and used as an energy source. my proposal is a sort of gym filled with devices that capture this energy. the following is an initial list of devices that might prove useful.
1. heavy bags and striking pads that collect energy.
i got this idea from sOccket; if it works for footballs (soccer balls), it could also work inside of equipment used for martial arts striking training.
2. piezoelectric floor.
this is, of course, from the Urgent Evoke story comic. martial artists, especially ones that do a lot of grappling such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Greco-Roman Wrestlers, really pound the floor.
3. power harness.
this would be a setup that would draw power by providing resistance to motions executed by a martial arts practitioner. in essence, it would be like a machine weights/exercise system that provides strength training by pushing and pulling dynamos instead of weights.
just think, martial arts gyms, competitions and even people practicing at home could all be generating power.

The meal
It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
