Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

At first, hunting for someone to keep an eye on, I looked back to my devastated home state of Michigan. I read an interesting story from Forbes, talking about how a businessman was looking into turning some of Detroit city into farmland.

I couldn't find much progress being made on the project quite yet, and John Hantz doesn't really strike me as the in-it-for-the-Planet kind of person.

So I gave up and used one of the suggested links provided in the mission briefing.

I soon found the charming Emily Pilloton, from Project H Design. She and it are awesome.

Watch her PopTech talk here.

Watch her Colbert Report appearance here.

Look through her blog at InteriorDesign.net here. And look at this AWESOME NINJA BACKPACK.

So I sent her a message on Facebook, introducing myself. I asked the Project H website to send updates to my email, and I also now follow their Twitter (@ProjectHDesign).

I let her know that I'd be willing to help out from my humble range of Central California, if she needed a random hand.
