There are still not enough women occupying leadership positions in countries around the world.
United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said that women are playing a leading role in the movements for change in countries such as Tunisia and Egypt. More women in more countries are taking their places in parliament. Yet fewer than 10 per cent of the countries, 10 per cent of the countries have a female head of state or government. Fewer than 30 countries have reaches the target of 30 per cent women in national parliaments. I hope that numbers of per cent going to increase and I want women political leaders to change a society, especially about Japan. In Japan, the Japanese prime minister keeps changing political things seem not going well. I don't say, I want woman to be the prime minister, but they should think having more women and changing the society. Because the Japanese political society is made with a lot of men since old time, but it is getting worse, which means they need different situation like having more women.
