A crash course in changing the world.
From all the issues that covered in the doc**ent, there's one subject that caught me
When we come to help other people, the most important thing for me- we have to fit into their world. They don't need to change themselves for us. We should behave with them exactly like we behave with our customers in the business world.
We should come with solution that fits the need. We have to be modest and mustn't come with the declaration that we know what best for them
We have to speak with them, understand their needs, what are the most important things for them. How they deal with the problems so far, and what are the achievements until now.
A lot of investors "fall in love" with their invention and forget the other side – the customers. We should come with solution that people can use without changing their way of living. . We don't want to "educate" them and
force them to adopt it. It has to be intuitive solution that integrates with their
daily activities and the local culture.
Before coming with the solution, we have to understand the problem and the difficulties of the implementation. Only after we understood the big picture we can start to invent.
Dreaming of saving the world is not enough. There's a lot of thing to do before.
