A crash course in changing the world.

7. Infrastructure can beget infrastructure (By building mobile phone
infrastructure, we may be building power infrastructure for Africa.)

In my opinion, this is one of the most important things to note about the design of innovation. When planning for the different things to make your idea work, sometimes, the people will come together.

Infrastructure itself does not have to mean any physical constructions. Designs and ideas that are new can also cause a paradigm shift in the way people think and act.

As you think, other people will be able to make choices, things that could change your idea. What's wonderful about this is that the world begins to change because you put that idea out there. The dynamic of society itself helps to create something out of a single idea.

Example: The mobile phone infrastructure may have started a starting point for building a power infrastructure for Africa, but actually, it did more than just that. By connecting the people through the use of cellphones, commerece and communication between people becomes much faster. This speed in the flow of information creates a new form of social society. A society that is capable of obtaining the information it needs to where it needs to go quickly. Essentially, the creation of this mode of information makes the zone of interest more capable of development. Larger industries can be built with the ease of logistics. Complex instructions can be relayed over long distances with minimal restraints. Problems, health issues and people at risk due to nature can obtain responses much faster.

All of these things comes with the design of a single system.

As such, it may be important to consider how the people will use this idea to their advantage, it may become a new medium for them to be able to do something new to benefit their lives.

Among the things that should be understood is how the freedom of things that can be done should be limited to those that do not include dangerous, or problematic concepts that impede the infrastructure itself. Away from those, there would be no limit, only the capabilities of the people around you.

Make sure that the idea that you come up with, and the infrastructure that it creates can be used as a building block. Making it capable for
people to use as they wish, they might find that it too can be improved
above whatever merit or use that it originally had. This is good, it
allows for the evolution of an idea into a new form. It may not always
be what was originally intended, but that's the thing: ideas that you
alone come up with are limited. By obtaining the response of the rest of
the world, you are creating an opportunity for them to be creative.
Sometimes you don't have to be very profound, just make sure that your
idea makes it easy for everyone else to be.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
