Rise of prices in mexico - LEARN2

The biggest challenge in my country is the rise of prices.
Some say that the problem was originated because some years ago the neoliberals changed their interest and left aside the investments in agriculture. Whatever the reason is it's too late to complain about that, so let's get down to business.

The goverment's solution is:

- Eliminate or reduce taxes in importation of agricultural products (eliminate in some, reduce in others)
- Eliminate taxes in fertilizers
- Help to financiate machines for the agricultural use
- Grants for fuel and electricity for agricultural and fishing use
- Reduce food costs in poor zones of the country

My innovation is:

- Create a business that converts human waste into fertilizers, sell some and give 100% descount to farmers. This will have lower costs and it will pollute less.
- Invest some money in agricultural research.
- Give non used areas in the country to farmers, to increase production and cashflow.
- Create new international economic treaties to increase the importation, this will make some business mens invest in agriculture.

And that's all, some ideas are more possible than others.
