I imagine, that in 2020, womens in Africa gained mind blowing progress in the battle of equal rights. They accomplished almost everything developed countries have. It was hard work, but they had an advantage: Women are the backbone of every society. Quickly the used their social networks to gather more and more microloans, used them for investments that would provide the basic needs of every family and village. Fertilizer and water installations for satisfying nutritional needs. They've bought simple biological power plants, composed of materials in their surroundings. (Such plants exists already, a college invented it but I can't find the link). Their own and the animal dung was used as cheap fuel. They've sold the electricity and clean water, used the cash for expanding to other villages. Little by little, the woman took control over the basic services. That gave them power and influence and finally equal rights and freedom.
