Turil, to do that you have to decide what features it will have and explore the options used in the real world. You cannot be "considered" non-profit unless you meet the requirements of a non-profit. And if you don't, then the world will consider your organization as a for profit group.If you don't decide one way or the other, the world will decide it for you. lol wish there was a plus 1 discussion!

I'm not interested in the status quo, I'm interested in creating something new. Something better... You know, social INNOVATION... :-)

Lets talk about it! First from a pragmatic stand point and for getting started which focus might be more beneficial? profit or non-profit? Any model is going to have to deal with these two issues< gruin >

I've chosen a different model by working outside the limiting government system, but within the more natural global system, and hope that someday soon they government catches up with me and decides to give people the freedom to be any kind of organization, officially.

I hope you're not playing with illegal vs legal models! That could be disasterous if the govt caught up! *chuckle* I went and looked at your posted bio. Ah unconventionality seems to be your specialty!

Well, when you don't make any money to speak of, the government doesn't tend to care much about you. And doing good things for other people isn't generally illegal, though the law is so insane that no matter what you do you're probably doing something illegal. The only real complication I have is that it's a little harder to get donations, because I'm not legally a non-profit. (Google made me change my sliding scale "donations" option for paying me on my website, because I wasn't an official non-profit. It's pretty stupid, and I'd go to Paypal, which allows the customer to choose how much they want to pay, but Paypal is really evil, from what I understand. So I'm stuck forcing my customers to pay set amounts. Oh well. Some day the folks in charge will figure it out, or not be in charge anymore. :-)

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
