The secret I chose to be the most important to me was these “If you want to make something 10 times cheaper, remove 90 percent of the material”. I understood this statement as an effort to make the basic necessities available to everybody. To achieve this goal we must strip some of the luxuries out of the products. For example I think to be able to help the people that have nothing we must get them food and water. We cannot afford to give them lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, but we might be able to give them a loaf of bread and peanut butter or things along those lines. I believe people in this world are generous enough that everyone should have fresh water available to them everyday. And that to me is the most important secret to innovation on that list.
