A crash course in changing the world.

"What is my life like in the future? "

What is my life like in the future?

The same question I just asked a group of youth I’ve facilitated this afternoon.

As I previously shared about myself, I think besides sharing about the girl I’ve been helping through the organization i'm working with up to this recent time, I also have to continue sharing about what my life is like in the future.

2020, of course I’ve gone higher, I’m now soaring, taller, stronger, and better than before ☺

Continue the struggle to help people in need, specifically those who live in disaster prone areas, working on disaster risk reduction – community based disaster risk management and its related stuff, and if required (but hopefully not), carrying out relief efforts around the world.
I also keep working on activities that will bring impact to the youth, for example strengthen, improve and empower them, especially the girls, through any organization I might work with. I have been a lifelong learner, which means I will keep learning from every single thing happened, both the bad and the good. Keep enjoying life and share my joy with people around me.

My life in the future will be as simple as that, simple but wonderful ☺

Why?

Because I have been highly supported by my family and friends. They have encouraged me to make the choices and be responsible to what I’ve chosen. They have faith in me.

As for the girl I’ve helped in 2010, she has now become a great doctor, who has passion and dedicated her life to help people, especially those in need. A doctor who also has courage to give voice to injustice. A doctor whose life brings greater impact to other people’s life.

That future is possible because the community has better understanding on the importance of education, people’s awareness has increased thus culture and tradition has changed as the people changed. It no longer a challenge, nor something to be fought, it’s a supportive culture. The policies have greatly supported the education and provide room of improvement, including curriculum, methods/approaches (active, joyful, effective learning or other approaches), and teachers’ capacity (including facilities for teachers posted to remote areas). But it needs also to be followed by development in other sectors, for example health.

Therefore she can freely tasted the education that set her free, and leads her to a better life..

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
